Apple Watch Series 8 shipping estimates stretch up to October
Apple began taking pre-orders for the improved Apple Watch SE and Series 8 earlier this week. Both devices will be available starting on Friday, September 16. While certain Apple Watch SE variants are still available in September, shipment estimates for the Apple Watch Series 8 are now expected to extend into early October as the official release date draws closer.
According to a cursory review of delivery predictions on Apple.com, the Apple Watch Series 8 will begin arriving to customers in the United Kingdom between October 3 and October 10, with certain Apple Watch SE configurations displaying a September 22 availability date.
The Apple Watch Ultra is now available for pre-order, but it won’t be as readily available as the other variants until Friday, September 23, when shipping and in-store pickups will commence. The new robust model’s delivery times suddenly increased to 7 weeks for various combinations shortly after pre-orders opened.
